A Quick Note on Cancellations

We totally get that life happens — unexpected things pop up, plans change, kids get sick, etc. That said, our calendar fills up quickly and there’s usually a waitlist of eager pelvic health warriors ready to jump into a session!

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

If it’s less than that, a $100 late cancellation fee applies for individual appointments.

Of course, if something serious or unavoidable comes up, just reach out — we’re human too and happy to chat about your situation.

Private Health Rebates

We accept all Private Health Insurances with eligible extras.

To make things super easy, we offer on-the-spot claiming — swipe, claim, done!

Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP / EPC)

Did you know? If you're living with a chronic pelvic health condition (think: prolapse, incontinence, or persistent pelvic pain for over 6 months), you may be eligible for a CDMP through your GP.

This plan gives you access to 5 partially subsidised Allied Health sessions per calendar year.

A couple of things to note:

We don’t bulk bill, so there’s a gap fee between the Medicare rebate (around $60.35/session) and our session cost.
